Terms & Conditions Enjoy11 – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the enjoy11 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. enjoy11 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time for verification purposes.

• You must be 18 years and above at the time of registration. Enjoy11 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by underage individuals.
• You must be a legally recognized individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• Each individual is only allowed to hold one (1) enjoy11 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately and any funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Submitting false information is a serious breach of these terms.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any other party under any circumstances.

Enjoy11 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason. Identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) may be required before your first withdrawal can be processed.

2 Deposit & Withdrawal

Enjoy11 supports all major Malaysian payment methods to make your transactions as seamless as possible. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Supported payment methods include: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay.
• Deposited funds must be used for betting at least once (1) before a withdrawal can be processed, to prevent system abuse.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific cases approved by enjoy11 management.
• Enjoy11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (a copy of your MyKad or bank statement) before approving withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000.
• Any attempt to transfer funds from a play account to a real account through unauthorised means may result in account suspension.
• Failed transactions resulting from incorrect account information are the member's sole responsibility. Enjoy11 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result.

3 Bonus & Promotions Terms

Enjoy11 offers a variety of promotions and bonuses for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on its respective promotions page, as well as the following general terms.

• 100% welcome bonus up to RM 300 for new members making their first deposit only. The wagering requirement is 10x of the bonus amount.
• Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will be suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash. They must be wagered in accordance with the specified requirements before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Enjoy11 reserves the right to void any bonus awarded if there is evidence of fraud, system abuse, or a breach of terms.
• The expiry date of each bonus will be clearly stated in the respective offer. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the stated period has lapsed.

4 Betting Rules

All betting activity on enjoy11 is subject to the rules set for each game category. This includes Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, cricket, e-sports), slots, Live Casino, roulette, and poker.

• The minimum bet for sports is RM 1 and for slots games it is RM 0.10 per spin, unless otherwise stated.
• Maximum bet limits vary by bet type and match. These limits are clearly displayed within the betting interface.
• Betting results are final once confirmed by the enjoy11 system. No appeals will be entertained on the basis of dissatisfaction alone.
• Bets placed on matches that are subsequently postponed or cancelled will be refunded to your account balance.
• Enjoy11 is not liable for any technical disruptions that prevent bets from being placed. We will notify users of any scheduled system maintenance in advance.
• Bets that exploit technical errors in the odds system are invalid and may be voided by Enjoy11.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to odds that change in real time. Any bet confirmed prior to an odds change is binding.

5 Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and enjoy11. While we implement a range of security measures on the platform's end, you are equally responsible for safeguarding your account.

• Always use a strong, unique password for your enjoy11 account. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security on your account.

• Enjoy11 will never ask for your account password via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel. Please stay alert against phishing attempts.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the enjoy11 support team immediately.
• Enjoy11 is not liable for any losses arising from an account holder's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

6 Responsible Gaming

• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, hacking, or unauthorized access to another account.
• Opening more than one account under the same individual (duplicate accounts).
• Misuse of bonuses, promotions, or the betting system through unauthorized means.
• Coordination between two or more accounts to exploit the system (collusion).
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Attempted money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards any staff member or fellow player.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the enjoy11 support team. Any legitimate funds in the account will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to the applicable terms.
